This Long Life Empowerment comes from the Khandro Thugtik cycle—a mind-treasure revealed by His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche, directly received from Yeshe Tsogyal, the enlightened consort of Guru Rinpoche. As the embodiment of primordial wisdom and enlightened qualities, Yeshe Tsogyal holds the essence of Vajrayana teachings. Guru Rinpoche himself proclaimed, “Yeshe Tsogyal is the perfect vessel to carry the heart of the Vajrayana path.” 

Through this empowerment, we are given the rare chance to follow the footsteps of Yeshe Tsogyal, unlocking the potential to achieve the same realisation she embodies. 

Besides the empowerment, Namkha Gyatso Rinpoche also agreed to offer the oral transmission (Lung) and Pith Instructions on the (daily) practice of Kurukulla. Kurukulla belongs to the Lotus family and is the deity of magnetising activity. This practice allows us to align ourselves with the deep wisdom and transformative power of the dakini, nurturing our spiritual development while enhancing our ability to bring benefit to all beings. This teaching was requested to Rinpoche many times in the past, only now he has agreed. 

Namkha Rinpoche:

Rigdzin Namkha Gyatso Rinpoche was born in Tibet in 1967, in the province of Kham, in a family with a yogic lineage going back eighteen generations. He was officially recognised as a tulku (the reincarnation of a spiritual master) by Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and Domang Yangthang. Rinpoche Namkha Rinpoche has received teachings from some of the most eminent teachers of the 20th century, such as Thinley Norbu Rinpoche and Semo Dechen Yudrön Rinpoche. Rinpoche dedicated his entire life to studying and practicing dharma, from an early age in monasteries, solitary retreats, and yogic communities. Now, he is committed to establishing authentic dharma in the West.

DURING THE COURSE:

Sangye Dorie will share the essence of Buddhist wisdom about mind and life. He will explain how applying the truths of impermanence, interdependence and altruism can deeply change our lives. He will also guide meditation sessions where he will help us come to know and discover our mind in a better way.

Teaching on Dharma Protectors

Lama Rinchen Dorje will teach on what the Dharma protectors are, their meaning and role, how they work and how we can relate to them, not only as beings outside of us, but by ultimately relating to our inner Dharma protectors. 

Sunday evening Tsok
On Sunday 16 June we will have a Guru Rinpoche Tsok. If you like to join, you are very welcome. Participation in the Tsok is for free, but please bring some food offering (fruit, sweets, bread, cheese, alcohol, fresh drinks, meat, or whatever it is that you enjoy most and that you like to offer and share).

Lama Rinchen Dorje is a heart student of Namkha Gyatso Rinpoche. Lama Rinchen is currently presiding over the Rigdzin Drolo Ling centre in South of France. His Buddhist path, however, started at the age of 12 when he decided to do his first retreat. Since then, he has received numerous teachings and initiations from over twenty masters from all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism. In 2004, he received Ngakpa vows and has been focusing on the Dudjom Tersar lineage ever since. First under the close guidance of Lopön Ogyan Tanzin Rinpoche and now with his root lama Rigdzin Namkha Rinpoche. 

Lama Rinchen speaks English and has a direct approach teaching from the heart from his knowledge of the Buddhist path and his deep experience of the practice.

Request Personal Puja

Lama Rinchen also would like to offer the Sangha the service of doing specific puja’s for those who wish to request something. He offers practices that he has great (retreat) experience with such as:

• Long Life Puja (White Tara, Tröma Nagmo, Amitayus, Amitabha)
• Wealth Puja (Dzambhala and other options)
• Removing obstacles (Palden Lhamo)
• Sang puja (to appease the local spirits)
• Mo divination (if you have certain choices or decisions to make)

If you are interested, please contact Rahula to set up a slot for you. Lama Rinchen arrives on Wednesday 12 June in the afternoon  at Schiphol. He is available until Friday afternoon (17.00) . An average puja will take about 2 hours.

The puja is best if conducted with your presence and at your own home. For this, you can invite Lama Rinchen at your home. You will need to make the arrangements for his transportation (pick him up and bring him home). Traditionally, we offer the lama some tea and snacks or even a meal and also some money in gratitude for his services and to support his activity.
