26-28 Feb. Khenpo Tseten on Refuge and Boddhicitta

Here you can watch the complete teachings again:

Khenpo Tseten will teach on the two cornerstones of every Vajrayana and Mahayana practice. The first subject is Refuge. We all seek refuge from harm and the effects of our own harmful actions. This can be seen in worldly fashion but Refuge in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha is the ultimate refuge. The second subject is Boddhicitta, which in itself could be the subject of several weeks of teachings. Boddhicitta is the compassionate wish to attain enlightenment for the benefit of all beings and can been seen both from the relative level and the absolute level (the all encompassing emptiness rigpa awareness).

Khenpo Tseten was born in Thimpu (Bhutan) in 1974. In the early 90s, Khenpo-la joined Shechen monastery in Nepal. In 2000, he brilliantly completed his studies at the shedra (monastic college) of the monastery. Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche, abbot of Shechen, later entrusted to him the responsibility of the same shedra, which he held for three years.

In 2006, Rabjam Rinpoche instructed him to come and teach in Nyima Dzong in France. Khenpo-la has over 15 years of teaching experience – he started teaching in the shedra while completing his 3d year of studies – and does a one month retreat every year.
