Invite more calmness in your daily life with this Calm Abiding meditation course. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will gradually be guided through all 9 stages of this Buddhist meditation practice. You will learn specific types of meditation using your senses to observe your mind. At the end of this course, you will have a good taste of this Calm Abiding meditation and be able to use it as an anchor in your hectic daily life.
This course requires a commitment of at least 10 minutes per day of (individual) meditation practice during these 8 weeks.
Jigme Rangjung (Norbert) is an experienced student of Namkha Rinpoche. He will be your reliable guide throughout these 8 weeks.
